Shipping to Italy: tracked option only. Due to the high volume of lost/stolen parcels, we removed Italy from the list of 'safe countries'. This means all orders automatically are shipped tracked only

If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing

We are able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses.
Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order
We are not able to mark orders as gifts
We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees

Once a parcel has been dispatched we are unable to rectify any mistakes in your delivery address
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however we understand if a product doesn't work out and want to make sure the return is as painless as possible. Naturally, all items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed with all tags attached and in a re-saleable condition
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling and other charges.
Refunds will be credited to the to the card you paid on (or PayPal account) and should be available in the next couple of days.
Please return by a trackable postal service with adequate insurance to cover the goods on their journey back
